ACCOMMODATION

GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS

Christ Junior College will provide accommodation to outstation delegations which are accompanied and supervised by teachers at a nominal fee in Christ University campus. Only limited delegations can be accommodated on the campus. It would be provided on first come first serve basis. .

Rooms are assigned on a shared basis for boys and girls respectively. Kindly note, you will be sharing your room with delegates from other institutions.

ACCOMMODATION DETAILS

Delegates would be accommodated in dormitories. Faculty members can choose to stay with the delegates at the Dormitory or have separate rooms in Christ University Guest House. Dorms have 7 and 9 bedded rooms.

ACCOMMODATION FEE - DORMITORY

  • Student Delegates : 3900/-
  • Faculty Advisor : 2500/-

ACCOMMODATION FEE FOR GUEST HOUSE

    (Available only for Faculty Advisors):
  • 4000/- per head
  • Only limited Single Rooms available
  • Rest on Twin-Sharing Basis

INCLUSIONS IN ACCOMMODATION FEE

  • Breakfast on October 24, 25 and 26
  • Dinner on October 23, 24, 25 and 26
  • All delegates would be provided lunch.

IMPORTANT DATES

    Conference dates: 24 - 26 October, 2017
  • Online application open from: Wednesday, 20 September 2017
  • Orientation: Tuesday, 17 October 2017
  • Last day for the submission of Position Papers: Tuesday, 17 October 2017
  • Outstation Faculty Advisors who require the guest rooms for accommodation must book them before 17 October 2017
  • Registration should be complete before 17 October 2017
