GENERAL INSTRUCTIONS
Conference identity card and institution identity card must be carried by the students and faculty members during their stay in the premises. Faculty members are responsible for the students’ behaviour and are expected to ensure that campus etiquettes and security guidelines are adhered strictly by students for a secure and peaceful stay.
STAY ETIQUETTES
Since it is an educational institution, it is governed by a strict entry and exit policy. Nobody is expected to leave the campus after 9:00PM. Participants are expected to return to their respective rooms before 9:30PM. The infrastructural facilities should be used judiciously. Participants are not allowed to carry any kind of beverages or substances that are against the spirit of educational norms. Any breach of the same will result in expulsion from the conference and necessary actions will be taken.
DRESS CODE
Conference – Formal western attire.During Stay in campus – Casual or Formal. Participants are requested to avoid wearing inappropriate attire.
ACCOMMODATION DETAILS (Out station delegates)
Accommodation and Payment details: Payment of Rs. 4,300/- per delegate has to be paid in the form of DD or Cheque in favor of Principal, Christ Junior College. Faculty members are given special registration fees of Rs. 2,150/- per head. Accommodation will be given for a maximum of 2 faculty advisors per institution. The registration fee is inclusive of conference registration, breakfast, lunch, dinner, refreshments, conference kit and accommodation.
PARTICIPANTS LIST
Registered institutions are expected to send the number and names of the participating male and female delegates as well as the faculty advisors along with the payment approved by the head of institution.
ACCOMMODATION VENUE
The accommodation arrangements are done in the Christ University Sports Complex.
ENTRY AND EXIT NORMS
Participating institutions are expected to check-in only on Wednesday, 23 October after 12:00 PM and check out on Saturday, 26 October before 12:00 AM (Mid-night).
FOOD ARRANGEMENTS
Breakfast and dinner will be arranged in the Christ University cafeteria.
FOOD TIMINGS
Breakfast: 7:00 - 8:00 A.M, Lunch - 12:30 - 1:30 P.M (provided at
the conference venue) and Dinner- 7:30- 8:30 P.M.
Please note: Only vegetarian food will be provided.
OUTSTATION HOSPITALITY COORDINATORS:
Out-station candidates, who wish to stay in our campus, may contact for details.NOTE: Accommodation can be availed by the Out-Station Institutions. No out-station institutions will be allowed to participate without the faculty advisors.
